A tour of Bucks County
This buck was hanging around last year. Our neighbor feeds the deer. I’m not talking a handful of feed. I’m talking a pallet or two. We have a herd of about 20 or so.
This buck was in my front yard in October 2016
This is from 2013.. I was doing some wash and went to change the water level. As I did so, I noticed this little critter on my washer. It was a harmless garter snake but, even so, I had some extra wash to do after seeing him.
If you look carefully as you walk through the woods, you can find some interesting things. I was walking through my woods last February and came across this jawbone. I’m not sure exactly what it is from.
Last summer I had a frog sticking to my window.. Weird little thing..
I’m not sure if this is a herd or a suburban gang. This is part of the neighborhood herd.
This big guy is a little cagey. I didn’t see him a whole lot. I’m really hoping that when he sheds his antlers he’ll be kind enough to do it in my woods.
The quality isn’t that great. I was in the yard in the middle of the day and saw our resident fox crossing my yard.
I found one of these critters on the wall a couple of weeks back. Apparently they can transmit some really nasty diseases. Hopefully the snow and cold froze their nasty butts to death.
I looked out the other day and saw this hawk sitting in my oak tree.
