Big Buck in the front yard – Oct 2016

This buck was hanging around last year. Our neighbor feeds the deer. I’m not talking a handful of feed. I’m talking a pallet or two. We have a herd of about 20 or so.

This buck was in my front yard in October 2016

The Alpha Buck in my back yard

This big guy is a little cagey. I didn’t see him a whole lot. I’m really hoping that when he sheds his antlers he’ll be kind enough to do it in my woods.

One good thing about the snow and cold, It should get rid of the kissing bugs.

I found one of these critters on the wall a couple of weeks back. Apparently they can transmit some really nasty diseases. Hopefully the snow and cold froze their nasty butts to death.
