A tour of Bucks County
I found this little critter slithering along early in the spring on my basement floor. It’s a harmless Garden/Garter snake. They are venomous but can’t deliver a serious amount of venom. Anyway, I’m quicker than a snake so I grabbed him and took him out to the yard.
Nope, this is not a mirror image. It is two bucks in my back yard.
This guy has been a bit elusive. I found him in my back yard today and managed to grab a picture.
I opened up the picnic umbrella and found this little guy.
A snake in the pool . This is is why I’m always careful when working around the pool, especially when opening it.
In 2005 I came across a large snapping turtle in my front yard. One word of caution. They are FAST and onery. Keep a safe distance.
I was driving through Tyler State Park in 2006 and saw this guy sitting in a field.
Every once in a while we get a robin’s nest. This one was from July 2014. I had a lot of Foxgrape on the pool fence and the birds would build nests there
Dec 2017 – While walking through my woods, I got a picture of these two bucks and a doe. One buck is obvious but can you see the second?
