A man posing as police officer is in custody for detaining women and frisking them.

The not so nice side of me hopes that he gets frisked while in prison.

Eric Miller was taken into custody after he allegedly claimed to be an off-duty police officer assigned as a special United States marshal.

Warminster Police say Miller pulled over two females on Street Road for what he told them was investigation.

On Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at approximately 18:49 hours Officers of the Warminster Police responded to 900 block of W Street Rd in Warminster Township of a report of a suspicious person/back up an off-duty police officer.

Upon arrival Officers were met by an Eric Miller (W/M Dob:6/21/91 Century Ln, , Bensalem PA). Subject Miller claimed to be an off-duty police officer assigned as a special United States Marshall. Subject Miller had two adult females stopped for investigation. Subject Miller stated he stopped the females for a motor vehicle violation, and believed them to be drug users.

Through investigation Warminster Police determined the Subject Miller was not a police officer and had patted down the females and detained them for a period of time, during which time Subject Miller took the females cell phones and other property as well as property from a local store.
