Patagonia Bar & GrillThe Patagonia Bar and Grill is located at 59 Almshouse Rd in Richboro. It was formerly Jim Breen's. They serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. In addition they provide catering and parties. Entrees can range from less than $10 for pasta to over $20 for Crusted Sea Bass. They serve Sunday Brunch. Reservations are suggested. The restaurant is non smoking and wheelchair accessible. Kiki - May 2006 Wear your sunglasses when you step inside. The walls are bright yellow and orange. The decor includes: modernistic arm chairs with suede seats, bright orange and yellow dishes with grey circles, and white linens covering the tables. A water fountain divides one dining area from the other. A bar is located in the front of the restaurant. I started with fresh fruit and spinach salad with candied cashews with a raspberry dressing. Next I had chicken quesadillas with salsa and sour cream. For dessert, I had hazelnut chocolate mousse over a praline cookie.
