Frankenfield Covered Bridge

The Frankenfield Covered Bridge carries Cafferty Road across the Tinicum Creek. There are few houses in the area so you should be able to find a spot on the side of the road to park. The Bridge is 130 feet long and was built in 1872.

If you proceed northwest on Cafferty Road from the bridge, you will come to the Van Sant Airport www.vansantairport.com which is a small grass field airport. They offer rides in biplanes and sailplanes.
